Advanced Certificates

Graduate certificates provide focused study to support a specific career interest. Certificates are offered online and can be completed as an individual credential or incorporated into a related master's degree for those meeting program admission requirements. You can submit an application for admission during our Application Review period.

Our graduate certificate programs offer:

Online course flexibility
Advising by the certificate program coordinator
Three to Five courses (9-15 credits), unless otherwise noted
Fall, spring, or summer starts for new students
Summer 8-week or 15-week terms

Apply for a Graduate Certificate Program

Current Master's Degree Students

If you are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, you may add an advanced certificate to your current degree program by completing the online GradCAS application and paying the nonrefundable $50 orientation fee.

Future Students

To apply for a graduate certificate program, please complete an online GradCAS application, pay the nonrefundable $50 orientation fee, and have an official transcript sent directly from the institution that awarded your bachelor's degree to GradCAS.
