Effective February 22, 2023, your college email will no longer be automatically forwarded to your personal email account. Emails will only go to your college email. To select your preference for forwarding/not forwarding, navigate to SUNY Empire Email Forward Options and complete the form. You will continue to receive reminder emails until you submit the form.  

If you do not take action, you will be able to access your college email by following one of the steps below. 

1. Go to the SUNY Empire MyESC Portal and click on the "EMAIL" icon, 
    
2. Access Microsoft Outlook on the web from any browser, or  
    
3. Install the Outlook app on your mobile device or laptop, and log in using your college username and password.
