Tax Department employees will walk you through your income tax returns, step-by-step, as you complete your own tax return. It’s quick and easy! We’ll help you prepare and e-file your income tax return virtually during a webinar session. 

In partnership with SUNY Empire State College, sessions will be offered on Thursdays (3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, and 4/14). 

• If you earned $73,000 or less in 2021, you qualify. 
• Safe and secure online tax software. 
• Use your own laptop, desktop or tablet. 
• You must have access to a smart phone or webcam to verify your identity. 
• You only need basic computer skills and an active email account. 

You must pre-register and schedule an appointment. Sessions are available from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
