Matthew Schmidt
Visiting Assistant Professor, Natural Sciences
Dr. Matthew Schmidt holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from Stony Brook University and a B.S. in Environmental and Forest Biology from SUNY ESF. He teaches genetics, microbiology, and evolution. One-on-one mentorship is a favorite part of his work. He encourages students to see biology as an integrated and connected field.
