Health and Wellness

Empire State University understands that wellness and academic success go hand in hand. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our students by providing them with free, easily accessible basic needs resources, mental health services, and educational programming. Health insurance is not required to access any of our resources. Looking to get involved and learn more about upcoming our events? Visit the SUNY Empire Connects Webpage.

Resources for Students

Empire State University recognizes that students may face food insecurity, homelessness, financial difficulties, or have limited access to technology during their enrollment. Getting connected with state and federal resources can often be a confusing and overwhelming process. Our staff can help you navigate basic needs issues so that you can focus on your academic journey and the path ahead.
