Academically Dismissed

If you have been away from Empire State University for more than 3 years and were academically dismissed for poor academic performance, you will need to reapply to the university. We should have most of your documents still on file, and we will inform you if there are any items that are missing to complete your application.  Once your application for admission is complete and reviewed you will receive an email notifying you that your application status has been updated and to check your application portal.
