Bill Yaeger, Military Outreach Coordinator - Midwest Region

William Yaeger

Bill Yaeger has been a Military Outreach Coordinator with Empire State University since September 2006.  His responsibilities include being an out of state representative for the university's Veteran and Military Resource Center and primary lead for Air Force programs.  He performs routine outreach services during education fairs, base visits and conferences from coast-to-coast.  From 2011-2015, Bill served as Treasurer for the Council of College and Military Educators.  

Bill has an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice from Community College of the Air Force, B.S. in Law Enforcement from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and M.Ed. with an emphasis in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.  Before retiring from the US Air Force after 23 years of enlisted/commissioned service in 2006, he held assignments at the squadron, group, and major command levels, to include a 3-year career broadening tour as an Air Force ROTC Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies/Commandant of Cadets at Michigan State University.  Since October 2007, Bill has also been a seasonal Office Manager, Instructor and Senior Tax Analyst with H&R Block.
